blades of nadaan and nidallas hidden hand

Hi guys, I have a question about nidallas hidden hand and blades of nadaan I can’t find an answer to myself:

How does the interaction between those two work?

Nidallas hidden hand converts 33% piercing damage to acid damage.
If i take the blades of nadaan constellation, which doubles armor piercing, does that in turn increase the amount of acid damage the respective proc does in the end? Or does NHH only apply to flat pierce damage or something like that?

NHH does not affect pierce damage of your weapon or any other, it only affects flat pierce from the skills it lists.
