Blades of Wrath - dmg question

If blade spirit is centered on the target, does the blade eruption deal dmg per projectile? Also, does blades of wrath behave similarly? So if I have a blade spirit on a target, and blades of wrath procs, could all 16 projectiles deal dmg?
