Can you have 1 of each up at same time, or do you have to choose 1 over the other. Have a defensive Turret running now and I would like to add the Entrapment Blessing but don’t want to waste the tributes if I try and cant have both 
You can set up all defense sites and have all four blessings at the same time.

Well blessings do run out at some time.
On the other hand, they seem to last through Crucible resets, unlike towers.
