Where is the best places to farm for Blood of Ch’thon so i can make skeleton keys…?..or is there a boss that drops it on every kill ?
Try Depraved sanctuary, bloodgrove, the necropolis and Bastion of chaos (look for hero monsters)

The blacksmith in the necropolis can convert ancient hearts into blood of ch’thon.
Bastion of Chaos runs are self-sufficient as you will generally get more blood per run than you invested in the key.
