I recently took an interest in farming Bloodtotems because they’re required to craft legendarys
that i tried farming for, but they never drop so i figured crafting and convert the helmet.
But each helmet costs 8 bloodtotems to craft, so i need a lot of these totems, and i was
told that the Ironeye hideout has 3 bosses that drops these, yet after 10+ runs on Ascnended,
not a single totem has dropped despite full blood-runs including black Citadel and
Ironheart’s hideout … not one bloodtotem.
So i took a look at the grimtools - which has always pointed to direct NPCs that drops
whatever i was looking for - yet not a single NPC is mentioned directly that drops these.
And i read somewhere what bloodtotems aren’t even on the droptable on bloodbosses,
which if true - doens’t make sense at all. If anything, bosses linked to the totem should drop it.
I was also told that Totems and troves “can” drop the bloodtotems, something which i’ve
yet to see because i’ve been running with a single totem in my bags to measure how many
i get per farming session, and it’s still only the single goddamn totem in my bags despite
ours running … i pretty much did the whole Forsaken Gods DLC and ending of FoA,
not a single totem drop.
So… what gives .
