Is it all RNG for them to drop? I’m looking for a two-hand weapon blueprint that Grim tools also says a couple of vendors carry but they never have them. Starting to feel the RNG blues because i have never been lucky in getting drops I can use. I got a couple of legendaries last night that my character build can’t use. I just want to get good Rifle drops.
if blue print is listed on vendor it means that vendor has a chance to sell them
Some factions sells decent rifles
remember that green items can be good too
Thanks for the reply. Another question though. What do you do with legendary items you don’t use? I just have them sitting in the bank.
Save them for other characters to use or dismantle them at the inventor’s for crafting materials. Or you can transmute Legendary sets to try and get any pieces you’re missing.
If its a set item of a set I do not plan to use, I dismantle it
If it is a set item of a set I do plan to use, I save it (I usually do a couple of muling chars just for extra space)
It it is a non set item I do not plan to use, I dismantle it
If it is a non set item of a set I do plan to use, I save the “best rolled” version and dismantle the other(s)
