I have hunted Valdaran for 7 times at least now but for the last 2 times I killed Valdaran, literally no Legendary or blueprint (especially relics). Whereas every single time since first kill I would get at least a blueprint (the main reason I hunt nemesis is for the BP). Is it cause I died the last 2 times? I am actually still lacking tons of relic blueprints x.x
Some players have suggested Crucible Challenger 100-110, unfortunately my best build is unable to beat it every single time…
I think, it´s RNG. I´ve been hunting for blueprints but didn´t get it all.
Try Fabius if you have the reputation. Maybe somewhat harder to kill than Valdaran but easier to find in my opinion.
From what I know Nemesis chests have a 100% chance to drop a blueprint, the thing is that once you get most of them learned, it will be harder to see one drop as blueprints already learned are automaticly obscured by the game (same happens with quest items). Your deaths don’t really matter here.
Would also suggest to run Treasure Troves next to Nemesis, those also do have a high chance of dropping a blueprint.
If I remember correctly blue-prints are counted as legendaries, and drop rate for legendaries of nemesis trove is about 2% or more.
Duplicate blueprint drops are invisible, so the more you unlock, the less new ones you’ll see. I don’t think I found all the relic blueprints until about 500 hours into the game. RNG is a bastard sometimes.

Iirc most players don´t even finish the game once, so the “low” droprate isn´t really a probem, this way you got something to hunt for quite a while. 
@Op: have you tried farming the Bosses in GD? Not the ones you encounter at the end of the acts, but the other ones. There are 4-5 in each act I think, most of them are easy to get to. The 2 bosses in East Marsh come to mind, unless your character is very weak, you can just ignore most mobs on the way and rush to the bosses. Troll boss at the end of Smuggler´s Pass drops blueprints quite frequently. I think. (Haven´t gotten a blueprint in months.)

Why actually are they invisible??
I mean even though I have learned them already I would like to trade them like any other item.
Because of the sheer amount of complaints about duplicates dropping.
I am still complaining about Hargate Lab quest still rewarding duplicates 
I’ve never used it myself, but there’s a key you can bind to pick up loot underneath your feet, even invisible blueprints. I’ve heard of people using this key binding to pick up blueprints in areas where they commonly drop (Nemesis chests) and trading them away on the forums. I don’t know if this functionality still exists and I’m away from my computer at the moment, but explore the key binding options and see if it works for you.
It doesn’t work. I spam the keybinding for Pick up item everywhere now (far easier than clicking on the item) and just like it doesn’t pick up the stuff you filter out it doesn’t pick up invisible drop.
The only thing I know that is working is if you are on instanced loot leaving the area and coming back later with a different account. (2 or more player game) YOU might already have it but if your partner don’t have it he will be able to get it.
You can’t pick BP that you have already learned…Nemesis Trove drop a BP every single time. Don’t learn BP and you will have a lot of them to trade (I did trade 7 Badge of Mastery BP before finally learning it and trying to craft some for myself)
Thanks for the suggestion, might give it a try when I am back. Barely died on the way to lv85, but I tinkered slightly of my devotion and all of a sudden, my character felt real weak

Ooooh wait, so I guess this only apply to relics? Helm BP’s seems very very rare anyway! And is not something I have found off nemesis chests.
It’s my understanding that once you have “learned” the blueprint it wont drop again, I may be wrong on that but it does explain why those last ones are so difficult to find.
You are actually right (well it will drop but won’t be visible so someone else that hasn’t learned it could pick it up once the “instanced loot” has been reset (nearly 100% sure it is a distance related reset)
This, this and this. As well as royal jelly and skeleton key quest every time!!! Quest rewards should be rewarding not instant trash.
