850 hrs and still missing blueprints. This is absurd. Hard to want to play more and more and not get blueprints to drop. Nemesis chest no longer drop them bosses have never dropped them. Quest give you the same ones over and over that you have already learned. This is a sick joke on the player.
For gods sake have a blueprint vendor or something. Allow that legendary crafting guy to also pull blueprints out his rear for a price. He is in the game to allow people who don’t want to farm and farm and farm for items to craft and craft what they want. Yet blueprints are more rare than legendaries.
The legendary medal Mark of Divinity is one that I have yet to see. Can’t be more rare than badge of Mastery which dropped from chest at the end of BoC on normal for me.
Interesting… I have the opposite reaction, always happy that game still can give me something new periodically (~700-800 hours, played offline sometimes). But I have both mark and badge recipes. I think, from trying to farm Warborn set, doing aspirant Crucible with added spawns 100-150+(120-150)x3 runs. Wasn’t doing it for too long, about 15-20 runs total.
And ~350 of this hours is alpha to release version of GD (had a recipe for badge dropped there too — wiped out my recipes and stash/chars before going to release :))
My only build that I run crucible with can make it wave 1-104 before I die. Not sure if starting at 100 is worth it since I can’t hack it (duel pistol range= gets swarmed then dies) I know running 1-100 takes forever and NEVER amounts to being worth it. Might get a couple blues, a brain or heart, a seal and searing embers and chipped claws. Waste if time personally.
If you binded a button to the pick up command in the control menu, you can actually pick up duplicate blueprints even though they don’t show up on screen. Maybe you can trade those for something you want.
But yeah, I’ve been running a lot of elite Fabius, treasure troves and doing a lot of crucible(100-150, 130-150x2) to try and get them. It’s super slow but manageable for a while, but new blueprints have completely stopped dropping for me. Don’t even have half of the helmets.
The H E double hockey sticks to the abysmal blueprint drop rates and a big Thank You to the player who crafted Mark of Divinity for me. Now watch the next nemesis trove I open the damn thing will drop a day late and a dollar short.
I understand purples being rare (which again they aren’t legendary craftman comes to mind)but making purples still is a chore for ingredients so why make the blacksmith useless by not allowing them to have all knowledge of items. At this rate let there be a quest where I can kill them and take the hammer and do it myself.
Who knows now that I have one in my inventory the game will probably think I have the recipe and it will never drop.
