How does the proc work? Do I get health back from my attacks during the 6 second duration against enemies who stand in the circle or is it only for the damage done from the circle itself?

Basically the sigil (AoE circle) will appear under the enemy who proc’d the skill. The sigil won’t stay under the enemy though, in case it decides to move.
yes, but do I get health back from my attacks? or do I get health back only from the sigil damage itself.
The Sigil only, not your other attacks.
