Bounty Vizier Anoxis help

I have been on this bounty for several game restarts. This big bug should respawn in the infested farms but I cannot find it. I have tried several times and also saw a video on you tube showing the general location. I even went to the royal hives 3 times. I’ve done mad clears of the entire area and haven’t seen the spawn. This is a Black Legion Bounty.

Any help?

I am aligned with Order of Deaths Vigil could this be why I cannot get it to spawn?

It’s i the Swarming Hatchery subsection of the Royal Hive.

Thanks for the help. I did google search not sure why it didn’t come up. The only thing it would show is a video of him at then infested house.
