Build advice for melee fire strike with fire damage

the Commando that was promised gentlemen @x1x1x1x2 and @Yarik85, you’re welcome also credits to @romanN1 for some minmaxing advices and for playing the build and to @nofika4u for the same. Foreword this is one of my favourites as well. very tanky (one of the tankiest builds of this patch I’d say) with decent damage output. also very easy to play - basically 1-button build. the release was postponed several times due to minmaxing issues but I finally found the setup I’m content with. That said, I do feel like I recently saw a fire based melee Fire Strike build in the last few days, but for the life of me cannot find it again.
