Honestly I wouldn’t pick hungering void, I’ll go for Dying God only to pick his chaos damage bonuses and nothing more, just to amount a big chunk of chaos damage…
Nemesis and shotgunning can make you regret that hp/second cost 
I didn’t know about suggested DA and OA, I usually play retaliation and I didn’t care much about it because you know… they have to hit you to take damage
But those stats are kinda difficult to increase, weird many legendaries/epics don’t have them and balance them out of abilities/devotion can be such a pain…
