Also, this was made during the last patch but it’s still very much viable and will always be viable no matter what future patch arrives unless they totally redesign inq and/or demo.

Sure go for it. The tactician offers many more build variations too so you could also think about what builds you wanna do in the future too have fun with the purifier!

So… I have a build, and it is supposed to be a beginner/budget version of one of my other builds, but I am not sure which tag to apply regarding items.

It has faction/craftable gear with affix independent MI. Basically a easier to gear version of Moggy puppy. Also not sure if a separate submission is warranted, but since we do have a beginner section, wondering if it qualifies.

Hi!
First, you definitely need separate topic for that, raw GT links are not allowed.
Second, beginner builds are used by inexperienced players who search for starting point. It is better to assist them: explain core positions of the build, explain leveling, gearing, devotion route, such things, you know; one must open the thread and understand what is this.
Look at other approved beginner builds for example

Edit: I see, you attached the budget version of your build to existing thread. It is allowed to link separate messages to compendium if they are informative enough.

Hm… right now it only exists as part of this thread, which I have already submitted before.

I might work on a guide some time, but I was curious as to the gear tag. Would it be (g1) or (g2)?

It’s G1, definitely. G2 includes Dark One, Krieg or other farmable sets.
