Is there a list of these available somewhere, or a way to filter items in the database by mod?
Found a couple of “100% X damage converted to Y” items earlier and that’s the kind I’d like to keep…so many epics/legendaries are redundant or just plain boring.
I’m willing to compile a list but don’t know what else to look for besides damage conversion. Aldanar’s Vanity is all I can think of now, if that counts.

Not quite…I’m interested in specific items/mods that enable interesting builds, like “100% physical damage converted to aether” or the original Aldanar’s Vanity.
Examples I found today below:
Mythical Voidsteel Gauntlets:
100% Physical Damage converted to Chaos Damage to Cadence
Mythical Handguards of Justice:
100% Physical Damage converted to Fire Damage to Blitz
100% Physical Damage converted to Fire Damage to Forcewave
That is what you are looking for, you just have to do the work your self as no one knows exactly what you are looking for. You use the database search engine to find the items you are looking for.
What sfbistimg said. There is no list for “build definers” that I know of so you’ll have to look through the item database and compose it yourself.
I’d imagine the bulk of them will be from Monster Infrequents, Item Sets and other special items (The Conduits come to mind) so I would start with these. Looking over skill modifiers on gear specifically is also another quick and easy way and there is a section for them.

If you use the item database they linked, you can type in “100% damage converted” and it will show all items that have that stat. Though you probably have to give it a damage type, as it looks for the exact phrase, and as far as I know, all the conversions have a specific damage type.
I do enjoy the items like that. Keep an eye out for MI greens too. I just found one that turns Doom Bolt to fire damage.

Protip: Use * as a wildcard. You can even use it between words/characters.
So searching “-*% fire resist” without quotes will do what you’d expect it to do.
