Hi, my town has a population of 1500-1600 right now (max 2k) and have 230 laborers but stuck at 30-40 builders of the 300 that were set and the constructions are being condemned, I have tools, bricks, planks, clay, iron ingots, everything stocked, what I’m doing wrong?
Is it houses that are being condemned? Do they have a symbol of a spiderweb in a circle over them before this happens?
I wonder if setting the builders over the number of laborers is causing some bug having laborers switch back and forth constantly. If you set #of builders at recommend there is usually no problem.
No, happening more with big builds like forts, deep mines, temples, wonders, etc
Do you have any notification saying why the buildings are being condemned?
Are they just deteriorating and then falling apart?
I have had buildings that are far from the town center get low on maintenance and require ‘emergency’ repair. It is indicated by a yellow line over the building showing it is deteriorating.
Are new construction buildings being built?
While I have not experienced it personally, I read a post awhile ago indicating that interior fortification walls that were three deep could not be reached by builders for maintenance and would eventually crumble. Is it possible the buildings that are failing cannot get builders to them?

I got notifications that I need increase number of builders because they cant upkeep maitenance, but i set maximum to more but the number dont increase even having free labourers, the buildings are accessible (deep mines for example, have people working there until it become red and condemned).

Usually happens when some basic need is not being met in a neighborhood.
Something they want, or need, is missing.
Mouse over peeps will bring up their status and give input.
