I know the farmers do the butchering stuff very discretely, clean and proper in their own barns but it would be such a joy to see some bloody spectacle at a real butchers workplace. Maybe something for tier 5? Special luxury meat products which can only be made by a professional butcher instead of the basic meat products? Just an idea.
