The button highlights but it does nothing. The skills button works just fine. Using ‘C’ to go to character tab works just fine and the +1 for attributes is indicated. Just the ‘+’ itself not working.

This happens to me occasionally as well. Haven’t been able to hunt down what causes this glitch.
Well the newest playtest seems to have fixed it — when level up if the ‘+’ is pressed initially it takes you to the character sheet to increase your skill point. However if the Skill ‘+’ is pressed first - or as far as I can tell - if any other button is pressed first the ‘+’ for character ceases working. It is still highlighted appropriately but just dead as far as it doing anything. Nitpicky I know but still…
That’s more or less what I was seeing in the previous build. It would work if you clicked it right away after levelling up, but then it became unresponsive after a while.
