Does the “in between” hits of Cadence activate skills like Markovian’s Advantage or Feral Hunger?
prior to b31 though this was not the case .
but for now and until a patch come sout stating otherwise or a dev says its not intended i would reccomend using it… Cadence + WPS is pretty bad ass.
I imagine Deadly mometum + Nightblade Procs will make an amazing combo
That would work regardless of whether the 3rd strike can or cannot do wps as DM applies to ALL attacks while it’s active
