Lightning Nova and Empowered Lightning Nova also have issues with energy cost.
If you’re having problems with your energy, you have to equip some caster gear. Quilted Circlet. Novice Tunic. Silver Amulet/Rings. Is it possible to find all of these by level 5? Maybe not. You could also put your first points into spirit.
And like 5x ectoplasms! “infinite” mana is very accessible. This thread is a joke tbh.

in normal game for chars without a stash you wont get ectos early game where this will be the main issue
and funnily enough even if you can craft it you wont have access to the craft mat as the ones required drop even later

Having to waste all accessory slots on ectoplasms just to be able to sustain the energy cost in early game should tell you that there’s something wrong with the early energy cost of that skill.
