In the release version of the game will be a campaign and some kind of special maps?
I think the campaign would tell the story of the game and the special maps will let the comunity to create some kind of competeing ladder.

No, there is no campaign. The opening video gives you the reasons why your people have left to start a new life on the farthest frontier. How their story progesses from there is left to your imagination.
If some of the community wants some sort of competition then I’m sure someone will come up with something once the game has modding tools which I’m pretty sure Crate will add nearer to full release. They encourage modding of their other game and the Unity engine is pretty good for modding purposes.
