Looking at the specs and 3dmark benchmark I doubt you will have much success running the game at a comfortable framerate if at all. Sorry dude.

Last year I tried playing the game on my i3-6100’s integrated GPU and had no success, and as the GT 710 has basically the same specifications, I can say that it probably won’t.
I know the game has received some engine upgrade though, still, I wouldn’t take that bet.
I’m running the game on an i5 with an Nvidia610 and it plays fine. Just fiddle with the specs a bit till you get a nice visual.
Id recommend using the 30$ differently by shooting a higher end but older dx11 card via ebay auction - seen some gtx 560tis and also 570`s changing owner in that price range already; and with those cards your definately in, even on 1080p. As a cherry on the top those cards are still supported by latest nvidia drivers.
Yes, but you’ll need to turn all the settings right down and probably leave shadows off.
btw - second hand video cards are a pretty good way to get your hands on older, but more powerful hardware. Case in point, there’s a far few old HD 7850’s and above floating around for around the US$100 mark and they’ll play pretty much everything you can throw at them for a couple of more years. Just clean the dust out, replace the fans (since they’re always cheap stuff that doesn’t last) and don’t overclock them and they’ll very likely keep on running. Just avoid anything that’s been used for bitcoin etc mining.
Although in my case I have a second hand HD 6850 that I got for about US$40 after my other one died on me and that’s does alright. Unfortunately it’s now hit the wall vis gaming due to only having 1gb of memory, but it was cheap and more powerful than anything in the same price range.
