well right now there is no way in-game to load multiple mods. you have to merge them yourself or download someones random merge packs (like mine) that have their shitty preferences forced on you (not always preferred).
honestly go through the mod tutorial forum and try teh hello world of modding which is to unpack the main game files and make your own simple mod that changes a few things… once you learn teh toolset it becomes really easy to merge mods together.
