Can we get more Petrify resist, please!

I feel like few certain archetypes always come short when it comes to covering this cc-res. There is no crafting bonus that gives it either. I think sprinkling on few more items/devotions won’t hurt.

So be it. Let the archetypes be different.

  • never said I want all build types to be same
  • cc-res being similiarly affordable for different archetypes DOES NOT make them the same

So two wrong assumptions in your comment.

Skill Disruption res too. I feel like SD res is often all or nothing. For example you can get Possession and cover it completely. There is also good skill disruption res from a handful of mostly elemental-themed items. But it’s really scarce everywhere else. This CC type is arguably more dangerous than entrapment and yet it’s often ignored by both game designers and players. Weird.

i’m guessing because more controlable?
traps are like hitscan effects or something, you’re screwed or you’re not
disrupt you can either straight up avoid, or move away from (literally in the sense of the disrupt pools)
i havent’ really done a full enemy browse on how common disrupt actually is, but aside from that there weird zombie i always forget the name of that surprise me, seems like it’s mostly Grava charge, or the puke pool crabs and such. Which seems like it makes it either sparser than other CC? or atleast more manageable/aware ?
kinda similar to freeze in that basically only Mossi is the one factoring in there

i think i mentioned it somewhere else recently, but i’m kinda only even trying to prioritize disrupt resist on stuff like channelers you dont’ want to caught winding back up all the time
even if other’s probably benefit from it, seems like it’s the type you can be a bit more selective about atleast.
(similarly can ignore freeze res and just pop a pot when encountering Mossi )

I have often also low trap res… Freeze, slow and stun can be covered well. Also crafting bonuses should be reworked. Less of them per blacksmith and more useful ones… One per blacksmith would be enough… CC res, armor, physique are the most important to cover. Also movement speed could be covered and healing increase. But they need a bump to be useful. The rest are useless.
