I was trying to cleanse the shrine in the Spined Cove (Elite) and I just can’t kill the boss Barrosa Namos. I got him down as far as 10% but then he heals faster than I can damage him. I couldn’t find any information about him on the wiki. Can anyone tell me what the ability he uses to heal is, and how I can counter it? Thanks.

Its drainspirit, cant be avoided. Its a damage check, do the shrine later when you have better damage
What is your build/setup? Might be able to give some tips on improving damage.
What is the best way to post my build? I am loosely following this “summoner warlock” build. Unfortunately I’m missing some of the equipment which might be part of my problem.
Go there, fill it out with your current skill setup and devotions, then take a screenshot of your character sheet and plug it in to your post along with the permalink to the finished grimcalc of your build. After you do that we can do some analysis and figure out where your build is struggling.

Who is this monster? I never encountered him
I’m assuming he means Baron Wradlith, the haunted champion who guards the loot pile in Spined Cove
as he mentions the shrine it’s most likely one of the ghost champions which spawns here 
Namos is a ghost hero that can be a bounty for the Rovers I think? I think she spawns in the Arkovian Undercity, or did a while ago. I had trouble with her at the time too.
Just looked at your grimcalc and my immediate response was ‘aww shit, a pet warlock’. I’ve never run pets so I don’t have any good advice for you unfortunately. I gather that pets are very gear dependent so your equipment will probably play a major role. Anything that increases vitality and cold resist will help with her as well. Yeah I know, pet Warlock isn’t that great. 
Anyway I’m definitely missing some key gear for that build so for now I’m moving on and maybe I’ll do some farming. Thanks.
