Yeah I got the impression that you choose to do quests for one of them but you can still grind rep for the other 2

This statement really made it sound that you can still grind rep for the other 2:

You have to choose one, but you won’t go hostile with the others. As Zantai said in Friday’s stream they’re united in this endeavour so you lose a bit of rep, but that’s about it.
