SR 40 looks to be about the limit of your current build. Lost souls is not the best route for skeletons. It is recommended to go non-set. Ultimately at SR 40 you need to be able to spam your skeletons more readily. I recommend to look at the chaos skeleton build that was posted recently by nofika4u [1.2.1.4] Pet Necromancers <4:00 Crucible 150-170, SR 90, Ravager - Grim Dawn / Classes, Skills and Builds - Crate Entertainment Forum . That will absolutely get you over the hump.
