Can't get passed Last boss on elite

I have tried for the last 3 hours, I have him to about 20% hp and it’s just not going down anymore. My resistances are pretty much maxed level 71 witchblade, this is the first rut i am in, I took on normal and elite content just fine until now.

Seems like it could be a DPS issue as I can’t just kill the adds as they spawn while I am killing the tenticals the guards are easy but the tenicals to me have way too much HP. I even augmented my 2h with damage against them.

Like I said its been good/challenging up to now. This is not a challenge its a head on desk moment. I can’t seem to get over this. I want to start chipping away at Ultimate now but this roadblock makes me want to rage lol.

Any advice? I don’t see how leveling up will do anything really, I am really just putting points into filler stuff now.

Post your build please. It’s hard to give advice without knowing what char you use.

You should post a grimcalc and maybe a few screenshots so people can help.

Otherwise this will involve a lot of guessing and you answering many questions.

NVM I played ring around the rosie with him and he went down.

I ignored the adds let them spawn and just ran around a circle hitting him every 7 seconds, with blitz and my weapon ability seemed to work. Very gimmicky

Yeah thats how to do it.

If your tanky then hit him a bit, run back to avoid the adds and then repeat.

If you have high damage, just kill him quickly.

Don’t feel bad I could not either with Soldier Demolitionist. I rage quit and deleted all my characters and steam. Ha!

Now I start over…
