Celestial Presence Conversion

So i know the Guardian of Empyrion transmuter converts Celestial Presence to acid and vitality resistance reduction:

100% Physicalresistance reduction -> Vitalityresistance reduction
100% Fireresistance reduction -> Acidresistance reduction

But what if i have 50 % Fire to Lightning damage conversion on my GEAR?
Would it convert 50 % of the Fireresistance reduction to Lightningresistance reduction? Does a conversion like this only work with transmuters?

I would be glad about any help in that matter. Thanks.

Skill exclusive transmuter. Conversion doesn’t work on that.
