Cool idea 
. I personally kinda hate how slow class combinations without an extra movement skill feel atm (surely FoA max ms will fix everything… right?) so this would make arcanist feel a more of an “impactful” pick.
Atm I feel like the kind of stuff I play only really uses arcanist for the buffs and big OA but the skills themselves feel a bit underwhelming.
Now if this is somehow considered too much powercreep, how about (finally) nerfing Mirror of Eroctes?
