Chaos Word of Pain Deceiver need suggestions

It started as a chaos Ignaffar build but since I was constantly running into energy issues I decided to change it into a word of pain build using the blood orb to convert everything into Chaos.
And while it’s great at cleaning weak trashmobs, and I had little troubles clearing HC Elite, it struggles against bosses dps wise.

So what can I do to give it a little more oomph?

I’ve been theorycrafting a build like this running the Dark One’s set and Bloody Pox + Word of Pain, so far it seems alright but also having issues getting the damage to a point where I feel it competes with other builds.
