I was wondering if its possible to mod character to put 2x caster offhands?
Can someone teach me how to edit characters to put “inappropriate” items in “inappropriate” spots? 
You can’t equip caster off hands in your main hand even with a mod. The only way to do this is to make a 1h item like a sword and give it the stats and looks of an offhand. Do you only want one main hand offhand item or do you want every offhand available? You might find the latter to be more work than you’re willing to put in

Yes, since copies of offhands that are marked as e.g. daggers or swords do not exist in GD, they will only exist and work in a mod.
Can You use GD save file editor to put somthing in hands?
I can’t make editor work…
Never used it but since it is essentially just replacing the ID of one item with another, in theory you should be able to. What the game then does with the fact that you have equipped an illegal item is anyone’s guess. I very much doubt it would simply accept it however…
