This is something that’s been floating on my mind for a time now; as I have seen my Pyro become so damn cool, I’ve wondered if there is any way I could rename him and give him a cooler name that echoed of his build.
Remember how after beating Diablo2:LoD you were given the choice to engrave you character’s name on one of your items? Well, I thought that maybe, after perhaps beating the game on Elite, we could be given a choice to rename our character, giving him or her a more awe-inspiring name, for no other reason than just good ol’ Rule of Cool.
Would it be possible to implement such a feature? Or, would it be okay?
There is an incredibly useful tool called GD Stash that offers the player a vast array of options in character customisation among other features. Changing a characters name being one of them.
