So this is totally anecdotal, but I used to regularly have times when playing through Blood Grove that I couldn’t collect 4 chthonic seals of binding (1 for the shrine, three for the quest) even after playing through up to defeating Karroz. I have not had that happen since I got the expansion.
If this is actually a thing, way to go Crate! The “collect three seals” quest was my least favorite quest because of how often I couldn’t get all of them. If RNGesus (our lord and savior) has just, in His infinite and divine wisdom, decided to bless me these last two playthroughs, then, well… poo.
