What class combo is best suited for cold based caster character? I feel Infiltrator might be best bet but it look like piercing version is a bit more simple
probably druid with trozan build. or infiltrator with rune of hagarrad build.
there’s also necro’s cold drain essence build. but i’m not sure if its viable for end game.
cold build in grim dawn are mostly focused on melee cold assassin/fighters. cold caster’s won’t have much variety until olexra has some small utility on freeze immune enemies imo.

Best Cold caster is probably Mad Lee Harra PB Infiltrator.RoH is fine,but it’s not the damage monster it was in previous patches.
