I think the text is wrong and the thing procs on target and not on you.
I haven’t tested extensively since I don’t have the gear to cover up for the resists when I wear the Alkamos rings.

So yeah better for melee. Anyway if u test it, make a reply about it. I am lazy to farm out and waiting the expension.

Noob question here, just to be sure, does the + % all damage apply to duration damage?
If I go for Kraken instead of Amatok, would that also increase my Frostburn damage? (I assume that it would)
It affects all types of damage… everything but not including retaliation damage which has its own world! :rolleyes:
Thank you random citizen of Cairn. I will go for Kraken and may be a few nodes in Amatok then. Used Blizzard before, not a big fan with the proc on crit chance.
How do you know he isn’t and inhabitant of the void?
I finally found the rings and tried and so epic.
It was a bit confused, cause the rings said the proc expands around u. So basicly this is a misunderstanding. I wish it said expend where u hit or something else.
