Hmm yea the medal could be switched to something with actual damage though I prefer the circuit breaker also the legs as i just used legplates of valor for the resists and hp
Build got buffed a lot in terms of dps think elemental prm should be pretty good now tho the seal nerfs kinda hurt survivability

I went for Hand of Ultos for more %RR.
Equipment:
- I have more Elemental damage oriented stuff, so the difference between Cold and Lightning doesn’t hurt so much.
- The comboBelt+Medal frees more skill points.
- Rimetongue Chest armor is a nice find I didn’t think of. I should try it.
Attack/Defence:
My build seems to have more damage for a little less OA and life.

my PRM tooltip shows (raw) 18.254 Cold / 4.906 Lightning / 2180 Electrocute
KILL LIST:
So far: Master of Flesh, KupaCabana, Valdaran, Fabius and Lokarr (easy fight, I was surprised). The -3 seconds on Inqui Seal is sooooo good on hard hitting bosses.
I am allergic to crucible so I don’t know how to evaluate this build. But it’s all I love from a Caster build: some fast and shiny spells cast by an apparently frail and squishy character.
Problem with cold Panetti is that the damage is a bit slow without Invoker and devotion map could be a bit problematic. Problem with fire Panetti is shitty stats and also inferior damage.

I tried cold PRM yesterday and I find the problem is lack of good procs and it’s hard to cap distortion. You have enough RR with cube+heart of malmouth but blizz is literally the only proc you have cause Ultos don’t do any damage with just 30% conversion on Rimetongue. I’ll be trying a tsunami+blizz setup and see but I’m still not so positive about it.
With low conversion like that and the order that %RR applies I would be surprised if hand of ultos is the best devotion pick. %RR does the least against the highest cold resistant monster/nem but more vs monster with no/little resistance; not ideal.
Is the damage with ultos better than using leviathan and/or tsunami?
Haven’t tried the others yet, mainly cause I’m also playing borderlands 2. I just did the Ultos route first cause Viper RR isn’t fully applied on PRM, and Ultos has always been better than leviathan on melee builds even without conversion so I figured I’ll try it first.

Yup. Iskandra and Ignaffar is a very close call. Iskandra might be better for the +skills… But the gun is shite, in my very humble opinion. On account on can’t stack flat with Panetti gear. Plus op’s idea to use Rimetongue here is good, I think, as it does wonders with Ultos as proved by John_Smith’s N&O infiltrator.
Rimetongue is just a matter of swapping in a seal of might and another udenbog to compensate: Pistol with Rimetoungue
This could possibly work better with Tsunami and Ultos, yes. It might be short one skill for all these procs, though…so probably need to change coldstone to a seal to provide an extra active skill.
Idk about the pistol. I think it might be ok. I won’t be testing it, though.

The damage is decent I feel for everything in main campaign (except superbosses mog nd ravager havent tried those). In crucible u start to feel the damage is kinda low especially against Kupacabra and Reaper (even thought of using slithscale legwraps just for those two). The multiple nemesis waves are the only prob for this build (rest of the waves are ez just watch out for mad queen nd anasteria).

was not too good just barely made it and had to resort to RoH to add a little more damage for nemesis. Though I’m horrible at timing Mirror so that could probably make a difference.
I made this build before the buffs to Panetti’s which is why I took Leviathan for the proc’s raw damage but now Ultos might be way better. Ghoulish Hunger is also an option but I didn’t think it would be that good considering the low weapon damage.
Blizzard is a must have imo cos the damage it provides is too good to pass up. I’ve heard Tsunami got buffed too so it might be worth a try. No Idea about seekers tho.
I’m not really too sure on this but doesn’t the conversion on Invoker’s rings, Seal of Might and Cindertouch mess with the conversion from Farath’s cube too ?
I’m not too great at building and don’t have much time for testing different setups but it would be great if someone could make a cold Panetti’s build for the compendium, the whole point of my post was to get some attention to this overlooked playstyle.
Hi,i made somewhat similar cold PRM,which clear slow but easy 170,i am working on improved version with over 80 dps for fast clearing.Conversion from Cube is last,so invoker rings don’t hurt damage.
Thanks for the clarification. Saw ur build looks great I didn’t think of seekers being that good but then again most of the rr is elemental. Only thing other thing I could suggest would probably be Blizzard but it doesn’t look like it would fit ur build as not enough points and no good skill to proc it. I don’t think the lifesteal from ghoul is that great on this build but probably does well with Ultos GG.
