A low-level spectral crown (which drops from wraith of sorrows) will help you lower the coold down of the skeletons. Other mis may help you; you can find everything that gives bonuses to skeletons here: Raise Skeletons - Item skill modifiers - Grim Dawn Item Database
Other than that, always prioritize items with the “bonus to all pets” stat on them.
Btw @Oni_das_Alagoas , regarding non-set variant, have you considered bysmiel? That’s double ravens and reduce your dependance on skeletons. I tried that one and yeah, although they are fragile, they still manage to kill rav in a… not so bad time (but skeletons still die too quick). Unfortunately lost soul version blocks amulet slot so cannot use bysmiel with that.
