These builds will clear all content, or extremely close to it depending on your definition of “content”.
The first build is actually a cold melee build! And it’s very fun in my opinion =D
Multiplayer is a thing, but most people play singleplayer. Trading does happen, I had some luck on the Steam forums and you can ask around here as well.
