I have a windmill that is condemned. It does not provide me the option to rebuild or remove it as the window is greyed out saying “THIS BUILDING IS CONDEMNED” So, I really can’t do anything with it.
Suggestions?
I believe that issue s something they are planning on fixing in the upcoming update.
But for now, tear it down using the Clear command by pressing the [C] key or clicking the Clear icon on the bar in the lower right of the screen, and unticking everything except for “Buildings”, then click /hold and drag the green box over that building to target it alone. The building will be torn down, and you’ll have to rebuild it from scratch.

or - Make sure you have enough workforce/builders and spare materials and it will get fixed eventually.
If you open your population window and on the top right your builders are like 10/10, that means all of them are currently occupied, assign some more if you can afford to.
Then on the top left - laborers, if the number is ambient, you got not enough labor - try to free some. I’d say 15% of your pop is good. Note, when builders have nothing to do, they automaticaly turn into laborers. This could trick you sometimes, you could see you’ve got enough laborers because builders are not busy at the moment (builders would show 10/20 - that means 10 builders turned into laborers and will turn back when needed), what could be not true in 5 minutes. So always deduct wanking builders from your poll of laborers.
