It wasn’t updated to be in line with aether ray. It was buffed proportionally to a similar extent that aether ray was buffed. So no chance. It’s a low level relic.
Would be neat if it Aether Ray got a decent fire conversion item that changes the skill effect so it uses conflagration’s art.
