euhhh im playing vindicator ranger 2h so im confused , i dont want to take a lot of active skill , so here is my worry if i take storm totem or wind devil or i can chose non of them.(sorry for my bad english by the way)
Wind devils are kind a must for their resistance reduction properties.

yep i thought about it to so storm totem is no need ? 1 point in wind devil and 10 point in raging tempest and 3 point in maelstorm
no need of storm totem, maelstrom you just need one point
