fires multiple times in a Mortars lifespan

According to my tests here, Big One fires on average 3 times per mortar lifespan now.

[Suggestion] "The Big One" problem

I counted number of big ones per mortar five times: 3, 3, 4, 3, 2 = 3 as average and life time is 24 seconds i.e. one big one per 8 second and per mortar on average. btw is the skill modifier on anderos gun that converts physical to fire also converting big one damage?
