Did this get nerfed recently? Used to give vit dmg I believe…
Not exactly. It was moved around so you don’t have to take the modifier to get vitality damage.

Vitality damage bonus is added to Witchfire, I think.
Second Rite now offers bonus % chaos damage.
Exactly. Vitality got moved to the 1st and chaos to 3rd skill.
Actually, %vitality was moved from second rite to the base skill. + vitality damage was then added to second rite, along with %chaos.
From B31 patch notes:
Solael’s Witchfire: added % Attack Speed and % Vitality damage, removed % Offensive Ability and % Acid damage
Second Rite: replaced % Energy Burn with flat Vitality damage, added % Vitality Resist, moved % Vitality damage to base skill
Consecrated Blade: now works with all weapons but only grants the optional Conversion
