Yeah, it’s been what…2 years or something since I asked this and what with the upcoming expansion and all the buffs to Retal damage / playstyle, I’ve to ask, again:
Why is Counter Strike on level 40? It’s so punishing, it shouldn’t be so high when other retal skills are level 20 tops. Yes, it is good, but…it only punishes Commando or Witchblade etc Retal builds.
