I think this is my first message ever on this board, so greetings fellows!
What, in my opinion, is also crucial is that the parts take inventory space. A solution would be to make sort of a window extra for the parts, so they don’t take space.
In my case they take at least half, if not 3/4 rds of my inventory, maybe I’m just a hoarder, would be interesting to hear your opinion.

I think it would be quite a technical overhaul, especially since components can be slotted into equipment. A good idea though, it also takes pretty much a whole shared stash page for me. Perhaps an extra dedicated page would be a simpler solution, though we have mods for that, I’m not a fan of using mods. Always terrified one day a patch comes that wipes all my extra pages due to a glitch or something 
I have to agree, this Idea is pretty amazing. It isn’t like an true change of the “Crafting” System, but moreover (atleast as far as i understood) simply Quality of Life change through Menu-Navigating. It can get quite tedious if you want to craft an higher tier Relic, and you have to build through various materials, components and other things… if the Crafting UI would be reworked to be more user-friendly i’m really up to it. However the actual Crafting itself, i mean which items you have to combine and so on don’t need an huge rework if you ask me…
In my opinion, the example you showed in first post is nice, but, if they added that, I’d love to have the old system as an option too. I really like it and I think it’s somewhat unique, but it is true that crafting mythical relics is a pain in the ass. Or at least make possible to press the item you don’t have to make it while having “opened” the mythical relic (example) and you have the components for a particular part of the relic (for example, you need haunt relic to make the mythical relic, so you press the Haunt relic in the mythical relic window to craft it).
