Debuffing the enemy with CoF (+manticore devotion) and weapon attack
Main source of damage is DEE (+Tainted Eruption) that has been buffed from Deception of Dreeg set
Additional source of damage is Dreeg’s infinite gaze (from mark of dreeg component) and Dreeg’s afflicted spine (from relic).
Blitz for getting in and out of enemy crowd.
With dual-wielding, I think cadence will be good as it will trigger more often and if my information is right, it will only inflict weapon damage from “main-hand”.
My thoughts right now:
Dreeg’s infinite gaze looks underwhelming though, with it’s small radius.
Soldier mastery is chosen mainly for passive and tankiness. Nightblade might be better offensively, but it is so hard to cap the resistant and achieve balance.

I would like to admit that this build has not been tested at all. I was theorycrafting and would like to test the knowledge I gather so far from reading the forum and wiki.
The double rare MI will of course come from GDStash.
Take Murmur for devotion, you won’t have enough RR as a witchblade without it.
I feel DEE Witchblade clear speed to be quite slow though, the mythical set’s DPS is barely higher than the old one, that said I haven’t been playing with it for some time so I may be wrong on this.
I took manticore constellation instead of murmur because it has more acid & poison damage and slightly more RR. Do you think I need to take them both for more RR?
I’m having a blast playing this build right now. I’m in elite, and it seems to be a beast. May not be exactly what you’re looking for, but you might be able to take some pointers from the gear, devotions, or skills
