I noticed that I did not have enough Flax in my town to keep up with my clothes production, which is weird because I’ve carefully set up my crop rotations. When I clicked through all my crops to see what was up, farm plots that did not have Flax in them had Flax sitting in the farmland “storage”. First, I didn’t know that farms had storage. Second, the farm in question didn’t have Flax in the rotation, meaning that one of my farmers picked up Flax from another plot and move it to another farms area? Finally, no matter what I did, I could not get anyone to pick up the Flax and move it to a storage area.

EDIT: After a couple of years, it was moved out of storage. Still seems weird, and would love insight into what happened here.
