It’s maddening at times to pick up a mostly great item, only to find it has +50% vitality Dmg and not whatever modifier you use, so it’s basically a wasted item.
Would it be possible to maybe craft something high cost to convert bonuses to different types.
In particular you would need to craft a specific (for example) vitality to fire dmg augmentation?
(Potentially random value rolls depending on cost)
And I would assume a high cost and a permanent soul bound tag that would take the item out of circulation.
Does this seem like it would unbalance things too much?
