Do you go for stormcallers pact or does that have no effect on lightning retaliation?
No effect on retal. Storm pact is good for Dawnbreaker (the legendary lightning retaliation set) if you go lightning proc based build
Crap unless you go lightning retaliation, and even crappy with that
