Decaying buildings

Hi, does anyone have tips on how to deal with decaying buildings? Unfortunately I haven’t found out what to do about it, I think if you don’t have enough resources to “fix” the buildings they keep deteriorating until they break completely.
Is there any way to prioritize the repair of a decaying building? This would be super helpful, unfortunately I could not find out if I can influence this or not, it seems like this is currently not possible?
For example, if my theater falls into disrepair, all of my higher level homes will go into uninhabitable status. What I would like to prevent at all costs.

Just need to have the necessary materials and enough labourers/builders to fix them. They’ll get around to it if they don’t have too many other jobs to do.

there is no way to actively influence this, like giving it a higher priority when constructing a building?
Do you know if this feature is planned for the future or should it be added in the forum under “ideas and feedback”?

No, no way to influence it atm. Whether Crate will add something for that we’ll have to wait and see. Already been suggested many times so :crossed_fingers:

I am having the exact same issue. All of my buildings were just fine but then all of a sudden about 75% of the buildings in my town got that 33% structural integrity life bar.

I have more than enough resources to repair them and more than 125 laborers that can get the buildings repaired but none of them are being repaired.

Of note, I was in the middle of a Town Center upgrade to Tier 4 so I don’t know if the game takes builder agents from every other project despite only needing a limited number of builders assigned. I got the upgrade completed but it seems that the problem persists.

Since I am not the only one having this issue I’m wondering if structural integrity is even necessary or, if it has to be a necessity in the game (for reasons of fires, attacks, etc.) then it should be addressed ASAP. It’s good to have these kinds of Early Access tests or lots of people would be angry at this, bug or not. I can’t see that this is “working as intended” seeing that all of the buildings I am getting Structural Integrity warnings about were NOT built at the same time yet they all got those life bars simultaneously.

Fix or remove, please.

Also repair cost is too high. With 500 population on a small map there isn’t enough forest to keep up. 5 upgraded saws with 6 workers could barely keep up with the plank demand, but I run out of forest pretty fast.
